CHINA RESOURCES<0291> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of China Resources Enterprise, Limited (the "Company"), 
trading in the shares of the Company will be suspended with effect from  
10:00 a.m. today (20/11/2000) pending an announcement on possible 
voluntary offer to acquire all the issued share capital of a listed 
subsidiary.  

Accordingly, the following derivative warrants will also be suspended:-
