CHINA RESOURCES<0291> - Suspension of Trading
At the request of China Resources Enterprise, Limited (the "Company"),
trading in its shares of the Company will be suspended with effect from
10:00 a.m. today (9/9/1999) pending an announcement in relation to a
connected transaction which will be financed by both cash and the
issuance of the Company's Shares.
Accordingly, the following derivative warrants will also be suspended:-
